It was Shivarajakumar and Chandini 10 years ago in AK 47 – one of the super duper hits of director N Omprakash Rao. Now it is ‘AK 56’ – 25th film of same director – crores have increased in the budget and it is Siddanth now as hero with Shirin.

Director Om Prakash Rao is somehow not in jubilation mood for his 25th film but he mentions the hard work put in for this film ‘AK 56’ that is releasing after inordinate delay. Accident in my life is one of the reasons for delay and there were small problems while finishing this film says Rao. Siddanth, Shirin, Suchindraprasad, action director Palaniraj who has given Rs.1.75 crore stunt at the interval point plus cameraman S Manohar stood behind me with lovely dialogues from MS Ramesh. He is there with me in all my films added Rao.

Cameraman Manohar feels it is a great fortune to be with Rao on his 25th film. We did not care for life and worked. Siddanth is so good in giving original shots he says.

Actress Shirin has purely accepted this film because of Rao. When Rao offers me a film I would not accept anything. Story is not required for me only director is enough. I have a happy role in this film.

Suchindra Prasad says it is time to celebration in the profession with director Rao. He is like University. He identifies the talent. I would like to call him as ‘Rayaru’ said Prasad.

Siddanth is feeling tension at the time of release of the film. He says he is in the sea of this profession. Media has supported the newcomers. I hope to get good response for a well made film he opines. Rao has worked very hard for this film says Siddanth.
